Coconut Quinoa

1 cup quinoa 1 cup coconut milk 1 1/4 cup water Pinch Salt Put quinoa, coconut water and water in a pot with pinch of salt. Bring to boil, reduce to low and cover, letting cook until quinoa is done, about 30 minutes.
