It’s 2011. I didn’t make any resolutions, but I did buy a Sous Vide Water Oven…. so I guess in a round about way, my resolution is to only eat very juicy perfect meat. But don’t worry, that’s not what my new recipes will be about. No need to go out and purchase one, unless you also would like to only eat the best cooked steaks and chops possible. I will be adding a couple of fun things to the rep this year. Here they are…
