Basil Vinaigrette

Basil Vinaigrette

Use up some fresh basil from you garden, or your fresh frozen basil paste!

3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
8-ish basil leaves
Tsp honey
Salt
Black pepper

Put in a blended and zip it up!

Great on:
Mixed Greens
Any grilled vegetable, just off the grill or cold
Fresh tomatoes and fresh mozzarella (add some fresh toasted bread for bruschetta)
